1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RET-AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RET-AI provides AI-powered customer churn prediction, retention intelligence, and revenue risk analysis tools. The Service processes customer transaction data you upload to generate churn risk scores, revenue forecasts, and actionable recommendations.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload data that you do not have the right to process or share
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. RET-AI does not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service and do not use it for any other purpose.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, algorithms, models, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of RET-AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RET-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Predictions and recommendations are probabilistic in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination takes effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
